Classical Sculptures

Creating sculptures versus painting allows me to work freely with negative space and volume, adding and subtracting all while keeping my proportions and principals of sculpting in mind.

I work from live models, photos and mostly my imagination. My tools consist of a block of wood to conventional sculpting tools, or anything else that adds interest to the clay.
